Dulce de Leche Coconut Macaroons
In a large bowl, mix the coconut flakes with the dulce de leche and vanilla, stir until well combined.
Beat the egg white with the cream of tartar until stiff, add the sugar and mix until the dugar dissolves completely.
Line baking trays with baking paper and form balls from the coconut mixture.
Lay the balls on the trays and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool down for 30 minutes.
