Fah - Fah




Heat up some oil in a large saucepan. Add the meat and fry stirring constantly until browned all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the potatoes, cabbage and leeks, stir for a few minutes. Cover with water and simmer gently for 20 minutes.

Add the garlic and coriander and top with 500 ml water more.

Allow to simmer for 40 minutes or until the meat is done. Serve in a soup bowl.
