Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large frying pan, , heat up the oil and sauté the onions and garlic until the onions are transparent.

Add the beef, and sauté stirring often, until the meat is browned all sides.

Stir in the oregano, cumin, coriander, allspice, salt and pepper.

Cook the mixture together until heat up through and until all the ingredients are well blended.

Serve the meat mixture over hot couscous.
