Wash and dry with kitchenpaper the turkey.
Add salt and pepper to it at both sides.
Lay on them first ham slices, then the bacon and then the cheese (as much as slices needed to cover the surface of the fillet.
Roll the fillet and fasten it with kitchen-cord.
Add butter to a shape (fixable for the oven) and lay the fillet roll in it.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °C , when it's on temp. introduce the shape with the fillet into it until it's well done inside and outside
(around 20 min.)
Serving suggestion: fresh salat with ham blocks and burrito's warps.
