Sift together in a bowl the yeast, sugar, semolina, cornmeal, flour and salt.

Add to it the milk and the water and keep kneading until getting an uniform dough.

Cover the bowl with plastic foil and let it rise for 2 hours, after that time roll out the dough and with a dinnerdish draw a circular shape in the middle of the dough.

Inside that circle we lay the toppings, then we made cuts in "V" shapes around the circle.

In every remaining piece of dough we add an olive with a piece of salami and we roll this for getting the petals of the flour.

Bake in a previously preheated oven at 180 °C the pizza for around 30 minutes or until the dough is crusty.
