In a bowl, combine the meat, bread, onions and eggs. Add the spices and season to taste.

Mix thoroughly to combine, then form the mixture into 12 patties.In a large pan, heat up the oil and fry the patties until nicely browned both sides.

Drain on kitchen towels and then transfer to a fresh saucepan along with the beef stock.

Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered for around 30 minutes.

Remove the patties from the stock and keep warm.

Whisk together the flour and cold water to a slurry and add to the saucepan. Stir to mix and cook until the sauce becomes thick. Serve with rice.
