Fusilli Bucati with Shrimps al Ajillo
Place the shrimps (still frozen) in a pot with water, salt, parsely and cook them around 15 min.
Strain off the water and reserve the water, place the water to boil and add the pasta to it.
Cook the pasta until it's al dente.
In the mean while heat-up the oil in a fry-pan and fry the garlic (cut in brunoise) together with the guindilla until they're golden brown.
Add the wine, mix it all and let the wine reduce a little.
Add the shrimps and cook them during 1 min.
When the pasta is ready strain it off and add it to the fry-pan with the shrimps, mix it all together very well and serve inmediately.
