Gevulde Appelbollen uit de Oven met Abrikozen
Pour the lemon juice over the apples (this prevents them of becoming dark)
Mix in a small bowl, the apricot pieces with 2 tbs sugar.
In a baking dish (previously covered with baking paper), lay the first two squares of puff pastry.
On top set the apples, then full the core of the apples with the apricot mixture.
Fold the puff pastry around the apples.
Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush the puff pastry balls with it
Sprinkle the puff pastry balls with the rest of the sugar.
Bake on a previously pre heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
