Grilled Chicken

Whisk together the soy sauces, lime juice, garlic, cummin, paprika, oregano, pepper and the oil.

Put the chicken in a sealable bag and add the marinade to it. Seal the bag and marinade in the fridge from 8 to 24 hours.

Remove the marinade and dry the chicken. Pre-heat the grill pan on medium high and add the chicken to it.

Cook from 7 to 10 minutes each side.

Squeeze lime juice over the chicken and serve.
