Grilled Chicken with Spices
Wash and dry with a kitchen towel the chicken.
Make some cuts into on the chicken, marinade it with all the ingredients for the marinate, seasonings and dry basil leave.
Refrigerate it for at least 1hour.
Drain the chicken and reserve the sauce.
Heat up some oil on a grill and grill the chicken until well done.
Dish up, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and garnish with the corinader leaves.
With the remaining oil sauté the onion until fragant.
Pour in the marinate sauce and simmer until sizzle.
Dish up the sauce over the chicken.
Serving suggestion with mixed salad.
