Ingredients:

Preparation:

First mix the egg, the yogurt,the oil, the butter, the vanilla, the vinegar and the semolina until getting a cream.

Then we add the flour and the baking powder for getting a soft dough, but it doesn't get attached to the hands or the working surface

(add a little more flour if it's neccesary).

Stretch the dough and cut from it circles from around 5 cm diameter.

Lay the circles in groups of 5  half over each other (like getting steps) and in the last one lay on each side of the circle a piece of walnut.

Roll them all together (without pushing to hard).

Then cut with a knife at the half of the roll that we got.

Lay each half on the cutted side and then open carefully each petal.

Lay the roses on a baking dish (covered with baking paper).

Bake them in a previous heated oven at 180 degrees celcius for around 25 minutes.

In the meanwhile we prepare the syrup.

We place the cup of sugar with the water and some drops of lemon juice in a pot and we let it boil for around 10 minutes.

When we take out of the oven the roses, we cover them with the syrup.
