Ham and Blackeyes in Coconut milk

                                                                                                 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a saucepan place the peas, the garlic, onion, thyme, majoram, basil, salt, coconut milk and water.

Bring it to a boil, stirring until everything is well blended and thick.

Add the ham and the pepper sauce and a little of water if it's too thick.

Simmer for around 10 minutes, adjust the seasoning.

Simmer for another 10 minutes.Stir in the liquid smoke and cook for 1 minute more.

Serve with rice.
