Herraduras con Chocolate

                                        

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Sift both kinds of flour together with the salt in a bowl.

Add the sugar and the vanilla.

Add the eggs without mixing too much.

Add the butter and mix until well blended.

Let this dough rest for around 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celcius and cover two baking dishes with baking paper.

Make the Herraduras with help of a pastry bag, bake them from 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

Let them cool down.

Decorate them by immersing the extremes on the chocolate melted, let them cool down for around 30 minutes.
