Homemade Bounty - Coconut Candy
In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk with the icing sugar and the rum extract until smooth.
Add the coconut and mix until well combined.
Grease a baking glass dish, pour the mixture and flatten it until level.
Place in the fridge to set for around 4 hours (a little more wouldn't hurt).
Turn it out onto a cutting board and cut it into cubes (we just ommited this part).
Cover each cube with melted chocolate (we poured the melted chocolate on top of the coconut mixture and place it on the fridge until set).
Let the chocolate to become hard and they're done. Keep in the fridge.
