Indian Rice with Mango and Shrimps

 

                                                    

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Prepare the rice following the instruction on the package.

Remove the skin from the onion and cut it up

In a wok heat-up the oil  and add the onion and cook it around 3 min.

Add the French beans and with low fire let them cook around 5 min.

Add Mango chutney  and the shrimps, let them cook around 3 min.

Seasoning with salt and pepper.

Remove the skin from the mango and cut it in slices.

Add the rice to the wok and mix it all together.

Serve and garnish the rice with the mango slices.
