Italian Easter Bird's Nest Bread
In a large bowl, place the flour, yeast, powder milk, sugar, salt, mix well.
Add the butter, milk, lemon juice, honey, orange blossom water, vanilla, orange extract and the eggs, mix well until getting a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a floured working surface and knead until getting a soft, smooth and not sticky dough.
Place it in a bowl, cover with kitchen foil and a kitchen towel. Let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
Punch the dough down and divide it into 12 piece. Roll each piece into a rope from 3 cm thick and 36 cm long.
Take two pieces and form a braid, pinching the ends and forming a circle.
Place the formed breads in a baking tray lined with baking paper (maximun 3 per tray).
Let them rise for 2 hours (covered with kitchen foil and a kitchen towel in a warm place).
Brush the breads with the egg wash and sprinkle with the candies (sprinkles).
Place in the middle of each bread a dyed egg.
Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
