Ingredients:

For the beef marinade:

For the shiitake marinade:

For the noodle seasoning:

Preparation:

In a wok, add oil and sauté the vegetables.

For this dish all the ingredients have to be cooked separately. In order of using the same pan, start with the light color vegetables.

An ideal order would be onion-green onions-carrot-shiitake mushrooms-beef

The vegetables don't need to get color, just to be softened.

Sauté and move them to a big bowl to cool a little bit.

Put a wok on medium heat, add the noodles seasoning, pour in the noodles.

Bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally for a few minutes or until the noodles absorbs the water.

In around 10 minutes they start to stick together.From this point, stir constantly until the noodles get soft and translucent.

Take off from the heat and let it cool down for a while.

Mix with vegetables, sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
