Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix in a bowl the flour with the yeast, the sugar and the salt.

Add the water and egg, mix all this until getting an uniform dough, then add 50 ml oil to it.

Make a ball with the dough and lay it in a bowl covered with kitchen foil and let it rest until becomming double size ( around 2 hours ).

Add the fruit, the pinenuts and both kinds of almonds.

Once all this is blended with the dough, we cut the dough in four parts and we make from these parts balls.

Every ball must be cut in two, then we make long ropes from it and we build braids from four ropes each one.

Lay each braid next to each other on a baking dish (previously covered with bakingpaper) and once all of them are ready cover them

with some extra fruits and nuts.

Let this covered in a warm place for around 2 hours to double the volume.

Then in a previously preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius bake the bread for around 30 minutes.
