Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl sift the flour together with the yeast, sugar and the salt.

Add the butter previously softened and little by little add the milk until well blended.

Knead until getting an homogeneous dough.

Lay the dough in a bowl and cover it with kitchen foil.

Let it rise on a warm place for two hours.

Divide the dough on 16 pieces, roll each one first like a strip and then roll the extremes to the inside into an spiral shape.

Lay them in a baking dish (previously covered with baking paper), and let them rise for 5 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven at 180° C, brush the jidáše with the egg wash and bake them for around 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Once they're ready brush them with the honey.
