Kalapei Hincho




In a wok, saute onion, garlic and turmeric in the olive oil for 10 minutes.

Add broth, split peas, bay leaf, cumin, coriander, cardamom, paprika, mustard seed, salt and tamarind juice.

Stir well and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in butter and serve.
