In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, sugar, ground ginger together and with this mixture rub the meat.

Thread the meat onto skewers (remove from the skewers before serving, we ommited this).

Heat up a grill pan and barbeque the meat for about 10 minutes, turning frequently until the meat is fully done.
