Ingredients:

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a large cooking pot (we used individual baking dish).

Stir to mix, then seal with a tight - fitting lid.

Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 160°C for around 1 1/2 hrs shaking the dish every ten minutes for preventing sticking.

Take the pot from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving with FuFu.
