Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Add the pork loin and the salt and let it simmer until the pork is cooked (around 20 minutes).

Add the potatoes, chilies, onion and oil, stirring occasionally.

Cook on medium fire until the potatoes are almost cooked (around 15 minutes).

Add the chili powder, garlic and ginger and cook for 3-4 minutes extra, stirring frenquently.
