Khukura re pyaj tareko




Heat up the ghee on a large wok over medium heat. Add the cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick and fry until fragant.

Add the chicken pieces and fry until browned all sides.

Add the ginger, garlic, salt and turmeric and continue frying until the chicken is tender.

Add the onions and the remaining ingredients, continue cooking stirring constantly until the onions are rich dark brown.

Remove from the heat and add the crushed rede pepper, the cilantro and the green chilli peppers for garnish. Serve hot.
