Cream butter and cheese in a medium bowl.  Beat until fluffy. 

Add flour, then mix well. Collect the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate it for at least an hour.

 Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness on lightly floured surface.

Once the dough is rolled, cut it with a pizza cutter into squares between 5 and 8 cm across.

Place 5 cm apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.  Spoon 1 tsp jam on each cookie.

Fold opposite sides together.  Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. 

Cool completely on wire racks and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar (we ommited this).
