Kung Fu Soup

                                                                               

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Wash and dry with kitchen-paper the chicken.

In a fry pan fry the chicken with the garlic, the ginger and the sesameoil.

When the chicken is lightly golden-brown add to it the soja-sauce and remove it from the fire.

In a pot heat-up the water, then add the chicken and the noodles to it.

Let it boil and seasoning it with salt.

Let this cook until the noodles are soft, add the spinach and it cook for one min. more.
