Latte Macchiato Cheesecake

Preparation:

Crash in a bowl together the Lady fingers with the Amarettini. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookies and the half of the chocolate (previously grated).

In a spring form (previously covered with baking paper) add the mix and with help of a spoon flatten it.

Mix the Philadelphia and yoghurt together.

Then prepare the glaze with the sugar and the water, add this to the mix.

Divide the mix in 2, add to one half the Latte Macchiato mix and mix until well blended.

Lay this on top of the previously prepared bottom, then add on top the other half of the mix.

Place it on the fride for 3 hours. Then remove the spring form, decorate with the rest of the chocolate and the bonbons.
