Mix the flour, ground almonds, ground hazelnuts, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, spices and orange and lemon zest in a large bowl.

Gently melt the honey, molasses, chocolate and butter together in a saucepan.

In a large bowl, add the eggs, all the dry ingredients andfold through the honey mixture.

Line a deep baking tray (34x24 cm) with baking paper and spread dough evenly in tray.

Decorate with the halved almonds.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer pokes in the centre comes out clean. Let cool.

Cut in squares and ready to serve.
