Macarroni with cauliflower



Cook the cauliflower (previously cut in small bunch and washed) in salty water until it's soft, sift it and reserve.

In the meanwhile cook the Fusilli in boiling water with salt until they're "al dente", sift them and reserve.

Heat up in a pan the butter and add the flour and cook until golden brown.

Add the milk little by little without stopping of stirring until the sauce becomes thick.

Add the mustard and the cheese and continue cooking for a pair of minutes. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

At the end add the Fusilli with the cauliflower to the sauce, mix this all good together and you can serve it with tomatoes slices.
