Macarroni with Chorizo
Cook the pasta until it's "al dente", drain and reserve.
In the meanwhile heat up the oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo (finely chopped in slices) until it's done, remove from the frying pan and reserve.
In the same oil fry the onion (finely chopped) on low fire until soft, add the tomatoes seasoning and let it cook for around 15 minutes.
Add the sauce to the pasta and the chorizo, mix it good together and garnish with oregano and the cheese.
