Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large saucepan, cover the beans with water and let it simmer on medium fire until they're just tender.

In a frying pan sauté the onions in the oil, until they're golden brown.

Add the onions together with remaining ingredients to the saucepan and simmer for some minute or until the beans are very tender and the tomatoes are cooked.

Serve over rice (we used yellow rice) or a stiff porridge.
