Makaróni vagy Spagetti Magyarosan




In a large pan, sauté the bacon with the fat until the pieces are golden brown.

Add the onions and cook until the onions are translucent. Stir in some paprika, then pour water enough to cover everything.

Add the veal and season with salt. Cook stirring constantly and until almost all the liquid has been evaporated.

When the meat is cook and tender, combine with the previously cooked spaghetti.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish (we used individual ones).

Sprinkle with the cheese on top and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C until the cheese is golden. Serve hot.
