Heat-up the oil in a fry-pan, add the vegtables cleaned and cut in julienning.
Let them cook until they're soft.
Add the meat to the vegtables and mix it with a wooden spoon constantly.
Then add the rice and the soja sauce, seasoning it and keep mixing it.
Add the broth (result of the water with the beef-tea cube) and let it cook around 20min.
Mix the eggs in a bowl with some salt, heat-up oil in a fry-pan and add the mix of the eggs for preparing a thin tortilla.
Cut the tortilla finely and add it to the rice.
Heat-up everything together on medium fire and serve directly.
