Cut the bananas in slices and fry them with the schnitzel in a pan with warm oil until the schnitzel and the banana's are golden-brown.
Take them out from the pan and reserve them.
Place the garlic, chilli and the onion in the blender and mix them.
Fry then the mix on the same oil as where the schnitzel was fried in.
Add the schnitzel again and add 1/2 cup of water, cinamon, pepper, clove, tomatoes and the sugar to it.
Seasoning this and let it cook with a cover on it on low fire until the schnitzel is completly done.
Add the pineapple (cut in small pieces) and let it cook again for 10 min. more.
Serve the dish with the slices of banana.
