Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the flour with the water. Add the hot pepper, parsley and baking powder.

Let the mixture to rest covered for around 1 hour. Add the chicken and salt, miw until well blended.

Heat the oil and drop the mixture by spoonfuls. Fry until golden brown and serve hot (we added some hot dipping sauces).
