Marlborough Pie




Beat the eggs until light and fluffy.

Cream butter with the sugar until soft and add eggs, blending until well blended.

Stir butter and egg mixture into the appelsauce (mix until combined) and spoon into pie pastry.

Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes  or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
