In a large saucepan place 1 1/2 liters water and the rice, bring it to a boil.

Meanwhile, make the meatballs, in a bowl place the meat along with the flour, one of the onions, salt and pepper. Mix well and make 10 meatballs from it.

Add the potatoes, the other onion, the meatballs, salt and pepper to the saucepan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Pour in soup bowls add a spoonful sourcream (we ommited it) and serve.
