Meat Roll in The Oven
Mix the meat with the bacon, the egg, bread crumbs and the milk. Add to this salt and pepper.
Then extend the meat over a piece of aluminium foil and over this the slices of ham, then the vegetables and the Mozzarella.
Roll the meat like a log and close the extremes from the aluminium foil.
Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes and then take it out of the oven, brush it with the Jerez for then bring it back to the oven for another 20 minutes of until well done.
