Meat with Banana's (Plantain)




Wash and dry with kitchen-paper the pork and cut it in blocks.

Add the meat to a fry-pan and make it golden brown on it's own fat.

Cut the onion and the garlic, add the onion, the garlic, the hot smoked Spanish paprika, the green paprika, the laurel leaf and the oregano the the meat.

Cook this all together until the union tender.

Add the tomatoes, the vinegar and the wine to the meat. Add the salt and pepper, then cover the pan and let it cook for one hour.

Peel the banana's and cut them in slices around 1 cm thick.

Add to them the lemon juice for avoiding that they become black.

At last when the meat is almost tender add the banana's to the pan and follow cooking until everything is soft.
