M&M Sugar Cookies

                                                                                              

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar for about 3 minutes or until fluffy.

Add the eggs and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes more.

In a separate bowl, sift all the dry ingredients together. Add to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour in the M & M's and stir with a spatula until well combined.

Form balls (around 5 cm diameter) with the dough and lay in a lined baking tray, leaving some space between them.

Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C and bake for 8 minutes or until the cookies start to crack.

Let them rest for around 5 minutes before moving from the tray.
