Monastery Gyuvetch




In a large frying pan, heat up the oil and fry the meat until browned all sides.

Add the butter,  onion, tomatoes and mushrooms and cook stirring for around 5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.

Add the rice and stir well.

Add the beef stock, salt, pepper, sugar, olives and paprika.

Simmer for around 5 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 190 °C. Transfer the content of the pan into a baking dish and bake for around 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with the parsley and pepper before serving.
