Mongolian beef





First make sure that the steak slices are dry.

Then mix them with the cornstarch.

Place the beef slices in a strainer and shape of the excess of cornstarch.

Heat up 1/2 of the oil in a large wok at medium fire. Add the garlic and ginger to it, immediately add the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and the pepper flakes.

Cook the sauce for about 2 minutes and transfer it to a bowl.

Cook the beef with the remaining oil until well done. Pour the sauce back into the wok and let it cook along with the beef.

Add the green onions.

Serve it hot with rice.
