Place the turkey cutlets between kitchen foil and tenderize them with the help of a meat hammer.
Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper.
Lay on top of each cutlet first the ham slices, then the cheese and last the asparagus.
Roll the cutlets up and hold it together with wooden toothpicks (we used Cooking twine)
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the cutlet rolls and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for around 40 minutes.
In the meantime, peel and grate the apple. Add some lemon juice to it (for avoiding the change of color of the apple).
Half way the baking of the cutlets, sprinkle them with the apple on top, finish the baking time and serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
