Ingredients:

Preparation:

Put the salt and the garlic in a bowl and mash them together until getting a paste.

Add the yogurt, pepper and lemon to it.

Remove all the fat from the chicken and separate them in halves.

Add them to the yogurt and turn so all the sides are well coated.Cover the bowl.

Refrigerate and allow marinate at least overnight.Turning the pieces of chicken from time to time.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and wipe off all but a thin film.

Broil or grill for aroun 6-8 minutes each side or until cooked through.Don't let the meat char.

Serve it with flatbread and fresh yogurt.
