Line with baking paper a spring form from 22 cm diameter.

In a large bowl mix together the crushed oreos (finely proccesed complete on a food processor), the chocolate and the butter.

Add the mix to the spring form and with help of a spoon flatten it. Place on the fridge while preparing the rest of the cake.

For the pie:

Place the gelatin in cold water and allow to soak.In the meantime whisk together the quark, mascarpone cheese and the sugar with an electric mixer for around 3 minutes or

until the sugar is completely dissolve.

Squeeze the excess of water out of the gelatin, then in a bowl with boiling water dissolve the gelatin.

Mix 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone quark mixture to it and then whisk this into the remaining cream mixture.

Divide the cream in three equal parts and mix into each third one kind of nesquik powder, whisking until homogenous.

Spoon each mixture carefully for avoiding that they mix.

Place the cake in the fridge overnight to set.

Remove from the springform and decorate with the oreos.
