Heat-up the oil in a large pan, cook the onion until it's golden-brown, add the meat and the spices, cook stirring until well done, remove it from the pan.

Add the boiled eggs (cutted in blocks), the cheddar cheese and the parsley.

For the dough:

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, beat them for 3 minutes to make a soft dough.

Devide it into 12 pieces, roll each portion into a square.

Drop 3-4 tablespoons of filling in the centre of each square, fold it over to enclose the filling.

Heat-up oil in a large pan and cook the Mtabaq until it's golden-brown at both sides.

Serve it with soup or green salad.
