Munyu Caf Couscous

                                                                                           

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Add 2,5 liters of water to a lerge casserole dish and bring to a boil. Line a colander with cheese cloth or muslim and place the couscous in this.

Rinse the couscous under running water, then place the colander over the boiling water and cover. Allow to steam until cooked (around 20 minutes).

Meanwhile, heat oil in another saucepan and brown the meat in this, then add the onions and the tomato paste to it.

Mix well and add enough water to just cover and stir in the peanut butter.

Add the vegetables, cover and simmer for 1 hour (adding more water as neccesary)until evrything is cooked.

Serve the vegetables and meat stew with the couscous (we forgot the couscous in the picture).
