Heat pan with 1/4 cup ghee and fry besan flour till nice aroma comes.
Make sure there are no lumps formed.Powder sugar in a food processor.
Heat a pan, add powdered sugar with 1/4 cup water and stir constantly
till it comes to string consistency which flows easily from the laddle.
Slowly add roasted gram flour and ghee in steps to the sugar syrup and
stir constantly to avoid any lump. When it starts to bubble and raise, switch
off and pour it in greased flat pan (or) cake pan. Allow it to set for 15 mins.
Cut into cubes.
