Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the ghee, sugar and curd together until well combined.

Sieve the flour, semolina and baking soda in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the curd mixture. Mix well.

Add the milk little by little until the dough just enough for getting the righ texture.

Divide the dough in 20 small balls. Place them in (a previously covered with baking paper) baking dish, 5 cmt apart from each other.

Press the ball in the center with your thumb and garnish with pistachios and cardamom powder.

Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with coffee or tea.
