Noodles with Beef and Wok-Vegetables

                                                

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Cook the noodles following the instruction on the package.

Heat-up the oil and add the curry pasta.

Add the beef and cook it around two or three min. on high fire until it's golden-brown.

Add some salt and remove the beef from the wok and add it on a dish.

Add the vegetables and cook them on high fire three or four min.

Add 100 ml of water and some salt and let the vegetables still two or three min. to become ready and that the liquid is evaporated.

Add the beef to the vegetables and heat it up for around one min.

Strain off the noodles and devide them on four dishes, add the beef vegetables mix on top of the noodles.
